I wanted to know what people snacked on for fun. What creative snack do you eat in the summer.

Nothing very creative, just a lot of ice cubes when the temperature goes up.

Hmmm! Well, I'll sometimes make myself tripple decker sandwiches, three slices of bread with two or three fillings for example, bacon, cheese and tomato (as oppose to letuce, lollol) Mum's just bought me a new microwave omlette maker, so the other day, I did bacon, cheese and quorn vegy sausages, but then the blimming fuse box tripped, so I nearly didn't have bacon in there. When I'm looking to do something really quick, easy and also inspirational, I'll just pour strawberry or raspberry yoghurt (my two favourite flavours of all time BTW) over a bowl of Muesli, maybe adding some chopped apple, banana or orange on top so it doesn't feel so disgustingly healthy. Haven't done that for ages, but I suppose I could try that with Special K,
Fruit and Fibre or Crunchy Nut Cornflakes if the inspirational moment arrises. This last totally made-up concoction is just for when you're feeling you need something sweet, though not too naughty or unhealthy, because you know you shouldn't be reaching for the first tub of Ben And Gerry's or dialling Domino or perfect pizzas when you feel peckish.

Jen.
